We are seeking a Residential Supervisor and a Residential Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a new residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. This role supervises staff, assists with scheduling and program coordination, and helps ensure individuals are supported in a safe, respectful, and positive home environment that encourages independence and community involvement.

The Driver provides transportation support to individuals with disabilities, helping them travel to and from their places of employment.
The Direct Support Professional (also known as the Community Support Professional) provides services to program participants, including instruction in activities of daily living (ADLs), and pre-vocational training.
The Direct Support Professional (In-Home, also known as Individual Support Instructor) assists individuals with disabilities with activity of daily living skills and community involvement.
