New Posting Residential Supervisor/Manager

We are seeking a Residential Supervisor and a Residential Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a new residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. This role supervises staff, assists with scheduling and program coordination, and helps ensure individuals are supported in a safe, respectful, and positive home environment that encourages independence and community involvement.


The Residential Counselor is essential in implementing and monitoring residents' service plans.


The Residential Counselor plays a key role in implementing and monitoring participant's individualized plans of care.


The Recreation Support Professional supports participants in recreational settings by supervising activities, assisting with community navigation, and building practical skills like money management and following directions, while ensuring their safety and well-being.



The Job Coach (also referred to as an Employment Specialist) delivers support services to program participants and promotes participation in community engagement activities.
